Your dashboard
superfile.com/dashboard is the home of your SuperFile Account. It is built around the name you are known by.
#The identity card
At the top sits your primary @name rendered as a registry credential: the SuperFile mark, your name, and a row of facts — registration number, class, wave and status. Share copies a link to the card (or opens the share sheet on a phone). If you hold several names, choose which one is primary with Use this on any name card.
#Names
Every name you hold is a card showing its class, wave, status and whether it is confirmed. From a card you can:
- Transfer it to another person — see Transfers.
- Make it primary.
- Reserve a matching extension.
#Extensions
Extensions appear as chips. Each carries a transfer control; the list is the authoritative set you own, including extensions transferred to you and excluding ones you have given away. Reserve another extension opens the same checkout you used at reservation, skipping the name step because the name is yours.
#Receipts
Every settled order — paid, or $0 through a promotion code — is a receipt with the order number, date, amount and the extensions it granted. Receipts are collapsed by default. The refund policy explains what can be refunded and when.
#Transfers
Two cards appear when they have something to show: Incoming transfers (accept or decline) and Pending (offers you made that the recipient has not answered; cancel from here).
#Settings
- Sign-in & Security — add or remove passkeys; Where you're signed in lists every device with browser, approximate location and last activity, with per-device sign-out and Sign out all other devices.
- Profile — the contact details on the account. Your address is the identity of the account; the register stores it in lower case.
- Support — open a case, see your open cases, or ask Shane, the AI specialist.
#Waitlist
If any of your names is still waiting for its wave, the dashboard shows the wave and your place in it. Invitations arrive by email when a wave opens.
