SuperFile also prohibits domain names, extensions, account names, files, communications, and other content primarily intended to promote hateful organizations, incite violence, target individuals with discriminatory abuse, or facilitate unlawful conduct.
SuperFile may investigate reported violations and may restrict content, suspend functionality, revoke or place a hold on a domain or extension, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary. Enforcement will consider context, severity, intent, applicable law, and legitimate educational, documentary, journalistic, scientific, or artistic use.
This Policy forms part of the Acceptable Use Policy and is incorporated into the Terms & Conditions by reference. Where a name or extension is withheld, revoked or placed on hold under this Policy, the examination policy and Refund Policy describe what happens to the registration and any payment.
