SuperFile Copyright & DMCA Policy

Superfile (“Superfile,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy describes how to report claimed copyright infringement on superfile.com and how our process works under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and comparable laws.

1. Reporting Claimed Infringement

If you believe content available through Superfile infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to our Designated Agent (below) that includes all of the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, a link or the reserved name involved);
• Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages.

3. Our Response

When we receive a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material, and we may notify the affected user. We may also, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are subject to repeat notices.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Designated Agent that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature;
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, if outside the United States, the Central District of California), and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files an action seeking a court order against the affected user.

5. Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
