No. There is nothing to pay on this page. Joining a plan’s waitlist records which plan and which billing period you want, and that is all it does.

Yes — every paid figure here is per user, per month. Annual is the same plan billed for twelve months at a 20% discount. Free is free.

Yes. No card, and nothing expires. You can create SuperFiles and send them, and whoever you send to opens them in the web viewer. What Free does not have is unshare: once a copy has been downloaded, you cannot take it back. That one control is what Individual is for, at $20 per user per month.

Business Core is the team plan: the controls a team needs to prove who opened what. Enterprise Core is the whole platform for the whole organization — every control, centralized, priced per seat with a minimum order of five. Institutional pricing starts from Enterprise Core and adds whatever your compliance needs require, so volume, purchase orders, and a security review start somewhere useful rather than in a reply to an email.

They can. This page is what we currently intend to launch with, published so it can be argued with early rather than sprung on anyone late. Anyone on a waitlist hears from us before anything is charged.

We contact you in the order people joined, per plan, when that plan opens. You can reply to that email to change plan or leave the list.

Yes — three things, and they are at the top of this page, above the plans. A personal @name is free, a business @name is $100, and a branded file extension is $100 each with no limit on how many you hold. All three are registry entries paid once, and none of them is a waitlist: you can claim them this minute.

No. A reservation and an extension are one-time registry entitlements, not a subscription. They do not lapse if you never take a plan, and taking a plan later does not charge you for them again. How each is handled is set out in the Refund Policy.

It starts at Enterprise Core’s $200 per user per month and rises with what you have to comply with. Open Institutional pricing and tick what applies — your own identity provider instead of ours, geo-fencing, HIPAA, an on-premise deployment, FedRAMP — and the figure moves as you go. Everything ticked is $1,000 per user per month, which is the top of the range because it is the sum of the list. It is an estimate rather than a quote: the final number depends on scope, and we put it in writing before anything is signed.

That the capability is available on that plan but is not inside the per-user price — it is priced separately, and each add-on price will be published before any plan opens. “Planned” is different again: it means the capability is on the roadmap and is not built yet, on any plan. Neither is something you would be paying for today.

Individual, at $20 per user per month — one each, and you have the same file controls with no minimum order, including unshare. Free lets you create and share SuperFiles but not take them back, which is usually the thing people actually wanted. Business Core adds the organisation-wide administration that starts to matter once somebody other than you is deciding who can open what. Only Enterprise Core has a minimum, at five seats.
