Superfile provides file management and sharing tools intended for lawful, secure, and responsible use. This Policy exists to protect users, systems, and the integrity of the Superfile platform.

2. Permitted Use

You may use Superfile only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Policy. Acceptable use includes:

  • Uploading, storing, and accessing content you own or are authorized to use

  • Sharing files in compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights

  • Using Superfile in a manner consistent with its intended functionality

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Superfile to:

b. Intellectual Property Violations

  • Circumvent or remove copyright protection or digital rights management measures

c. Security & System Abuse

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or accounts

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of Superfile or its infrastructure

  • Introduce malware, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious code

  • Conduct penetration testing, scraping, or automated access without prior written authorization

d. Abuse of Service

  • Use Superfile in a way that excessively burdens or degrades system performance

  • Misuse storage, bandwidth, or access controls

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the service or its components

e. Misrepresentation & Deception

  • Impersonate another person or entity

  • Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority

  • Use Superfile to engage in phishing, scams, or deceptive practices

4. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, store, or share using Superfile. Superfile does not monitor or pre-screen content but reserves the right to investigate potential violations of this Policy.

5. Enforcement

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:

  • Temporary or permanent suspension of access

  • Removal of content

  • Termination of accounts

  • Reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law

Superfile reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary to protect its users, systems, and legal obligations.
